Pole Dance is a dance-based class, with pole work amongst others included. It is not a fitness class, but more a fun factored class. It includes pole dancing, routines, some lap dancing, burlesque and chair routines. If in doubt of which will suit you, come along to a class and try for yourself.

I do not currently exercise...

The beginners' courses are designed for completely sedentary students. The class will gently ease you into physical activity and gradually promote a healthier lifestyle through pole fitness and dance. All exercises, spins and dances are fully demonstrated, complete with explanations and easier options. Participants work at their own pace and are not forced to keep up with the class if struggling.

But I have no dance experience!?

Dance experience is not needed. The warm up gradually builds you up to moving in a rhythm with your body, the moves are not specific and set.  All exercises, spins and dances are fully demonstrated, complete with explanations and easier options.

No.....  Pole Fitness Org. UK are not affiliated with any men's entertainments, and are purely for fitness and fun.
