Taster Sessions

Taster Sessions are single classes which allow anyone to come along and try a session of pole fitness or pole dancing. There are no obligations to purchase any courses. Taster Sessions are only available as dated. Occasionally in new locations, taster sessions will be free of charge.

Pole Fitness Courses

Pole Fitness Beginners

Pole Fitness Beginner Courses run for 6-weeks. Ideal for complete beginners, each class is designed to improve fitness components and include pole work. Each class lasts one hour, including warm up, stretch, aerobics and/or body conditioning, pole work and cool down.

Pole Fitness Intermediates

Pole Fitness Intermediate Courses also run for 6-weeks. Ideal for those who have completed Beginners and mastered majority of beginners' content. Intermediate courses are more difficult, with higher intensity workouts and more advanced pole work. Each class lasts one hour.

Pole Fitness Advanced

Pole Fitness Advanced Courses also run for 6-weeks. This is designed for those who are very able on the pole and can maintain good muscular endurance and aerobic training. The fitness regimes in advanced classes are much tougher and only available once completed Intermediate course.

Pole Dancing Courses

Pole Dancing Beginners

Pole Dancing Beginner Courses run for 6-weeks similar to Pole Fitness. The only difference is it is not a fitness class but a dance class. Using a combination of chair dance, burlesque and pole dance, pole dancing beginner courses are ideal for those who wish to learn to pole dance. No experience required.

Pole Dancing Intermediates

Pole Dancing Intermediate Courses run similar to beginners' with the routines and choreography more complicated. Ideal for those who already dance or completed beginners' course. Co-ordination, balance, flexibility, strength and power is all needed. Intermediate course will allow students to choreograph their own routines whilst giving them all the materials to do so. Floor mats for pole work included for inversion work.

Pole Dancing Advanced

For very able students, Pole Dancing Advanced class runs for 6-weeks too. Advanced students will be taught a lot of inversion work, combination spins and longer choreographed routines. Each routine is physically challenging and requires all elements of fitness and dance.

Pole Circuits

Pole Circuits is a fitness class similar to pole fitness but in a circuit class format. Using the pole as a fitness equipment, the class is designed to improve physical fitness, strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, power as well as toning up the body, sculpting and shaping. With different exercises at each training station, Pole Circuits are ideal for those who wish to improve fitness levels without the elements of pole dance. This class will certainly push you to sweat!

 

Open Pole

Open Pole allows training on our poles without a class format. This is perfect for those who want to practice and train on the pole, and also for those who cannot make the weekly sessions. Instructors will be on-hand to help those who need it, but will be limited as it is not a class. This is a great opportunity to practice and perfect your moves!
